Stephen Clarke has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and over sixteen years' experience providing partnering services for the Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Texas, California, and Nevada Departments of Transportation and other state and local agencies. He has personally facilitated over 2000 partnering workshops.
Also, he consults in the areas of quality management and continuous improvement, organizational development, customer satisfaction, employee involvement, and team building. He is a specialist in the design and implementation of accountable systems to involve employees in the successful, cost-effective operation of their organizations.
Zen Benefiel - Partner

Zen Benefiel has over 30 years experience across the aerospace, education, special event and transportation industries, facilitating partnering for projects, organizations and teams. He has facilitated hundreds of partnering projects. His areas of expertise include process control and continuous improvement, organizational development, supply chain management, team building and strategic planning. He has helped achieve the success of multi-million dollar projects through effective interpersonal skills development and project management.
He has also taught business plan development classes part time at the college level for ten years, was a production control coordinator in the aerospace industry for five years, responsible for $7 million in monthly shipments, a high school teacher for five years, often in charge of an entire curriculum; and special event manager for ten years with ranges of 5,000 to 250,000 patrons per event.
