Zen Benefiel has over 30 years experience across the aerospace, education, special event and transportation industries, facilitating partnering for projects, organizations and teams. He has facilitated hundreds of partnering projects. His areas of expertise include process control and continuous improvement, organizational development, supply chain management, team building and strategic planning. He has helped achieve the success of multi-million dollar projects through effective interpersonal skills development and project management.
Zen is a transformational life coach, visioneer partnering facilitator, motivational speaker, workshop leader and a webmeister just to name a few of his new millennial mindset talents. There is no short bio and skills set for Zen. He is an Arizona resident, life and business coach with nearly 30 years in numerous industries as a self-initiator with an MBA in Project Management, an MA in Organizational Management, as well as certification as a Life-Coach, Hypnotherapist and Secondary Educator.
Zen has a long history of self-development and leading workshops teaching ageless principles and wisdom. In the early 90s he produced and hosted over 100 TV and 20+ radio shows on overcoming fears and success. The trials and tribulations of diversity seemed to always be in the central mix of discussion.
